- Show Name: Yaadein
- Episode Date: 10 October 2026
- Network: Star Plus | JioHotstar
- Primary Plotline: Srishti campaigns against period taboos while Masaan Baba plots scientific deception.
- Major Twist: Srishti attacked by a masked man in the darkness.
2. Act 1: The Rising Conflict & Opening Confrontation
The episode opens with intense conversations. Srishti sits down with Jia and Dev to discuss the deep-rooted backward mindset of the village women. She firmly believes that menstrual hygiene is a medical necessity rather than a curse. According to television critics, this progressive track is winning massive acclaim across India.
Srishti explains that silence breeds disease and shame. She wants to shatter age-old stigmas surrounding periods. Dev fully supports her vision, knowing the road ahead is filled with thorns. Jia expresses concern, warning Srishti about the aggressive orthodox elders. However, Srishti remains unfazed, declaring that awareness is the only weapon against blind faith.
Masaan Baba’s Chemistry Trick
While Srishti spreads awareness, antagonist Masaan Baba plots pure evil. Desperate to banish Dev and his family from the settlement, he pretends to commune with supernatural entities. He asks for a sign from the heavens to validate his fake prophecy.
Instead of waiting for divine intervention, Masaan Baba takes chemical matters into his own hands. He sneaks around and scatters highly reactive phosphorus powder on the soil. The friction and air trigger a spontaneous flame. The ignorant villagers gasp in absolute terror, convinced they have witnessed a wrathful miracle demanding Dev’s exile.
3. Act 2: Shocking Revelations & Emotional Turmoil
Superstition nearly triumphs, but Sreeja steps in with fierce courage. Refusing to swallow Masaan Baba’s fake miracle, Sreeja replicates a controlled fire experiment. She publicly challenges the Baba’s divine authority and tells villagers to mind their own business.
The villagers plunge into utter confusion. Having witnessed two separate fires, they wonder how God could give contradictory signals to Masaan Baba and Sreeja. This friction shatters the Baba’s absolute control over gullible minds.
Sreeja’s Secret Source
Masaan Baba narrows his eyes in suspicion. He wonders how a young girl like Sreeja figured out scientific combustion tricks. He suspects Dev must have tutored her. Meanwhile, Sreeja herself recalls learning about phosphorus reactions directly from Dev, realizing the Baba is nothing more than a fraudster using parlor tricks.
4. Act 3: High-Voltage Climax & Turning Point
Shifting focus, the episode introduces a lighter subplot involving Mallar, Dhruv, and Jia. Mallar treats young Dhruv to ice cream and slyly extracts his mobile number. Jia frantically searches for Dhruv, eventually spotting him with Mallar.
Jia panics, realizing Mallar likely captured her contact digits too. True to form, Mallar gloats about winning their ongoing wager. To prove his triumph, he places a live call right in front of them. Dhruv happily chats on the phone, asking Srishti for another ice cream treat, leaving Jia thoroughly exasperated.
The Masked Attack on Srishti
